Joined company in its 2nd full year of operation as its distributor in the states of Missouri and Kansas. In early 1997 became National Director of Sales and Marketing in home office; organized and implemented a marketing plan to expand company's sales and distribution throughout U.S. Negotiated new vendor agreement with largest ATM manufacturer in the industry and developed a new product solely for the non-bank ATM market. Instrumental in the dramatic growth of company's ATM network including master agreements with major U.S retailers such as Kmart, Shell, Texaco, BP/Amoco, and Albertson's. As Chief Operating Officer reengineered operations to an activity based organizational structure. Created and automated new processes and systems that dramatically improved operational efficiencies and significantly lowered operational expenses. Started and managed the company's Canadian subsidiary which was the fastest growing and most profitable division of the company in 2000 and 2001. In 1998 Access Cash was the fastest growing privately owned company in Minnesota and the 15th fastest growing company listed on the INC 500. Played lead role in preparing and implementing all aspects of the strategic plan that lead growth of revenue to 
$ 90,000,000 and the sale of the company to an industry partner for $64,000,000 in October 2001.

St. Louis, Missouri. Founder and CEO of International Distribution Company that exported U.S made HVAC equipment and other construction materials and building supplies for distribution and sale in various Latin American Countries.

Intermark Real Estate Companies/partnerships involved in various aspects of Real estate business including development, construction, syndication and management of shopping centers, hotels/motels, offices and
apartments. Ranked 49th largest shopping center developer in US in 1986. Sold interest 11/90.

VP- Manager, Financial Services Department. Financial, insurance, tax, estate and pension planning for clients in all of company's branches. NASD and NYSE licensed.

One of largest diversified insurance and mutual fund companies in U.S. 
Division Pension/Mutual Fund Manager. Responsible for sale of mutual funds and sale, set up and administration of qualified retirement plans for company clients throughout US.
